Shipping within Australia

$12 flat rate shipping within Australia.

Pots will be shipped within 1-5 business days via Australia Post (or Sendle, depending on location).

I don't take responsibility for delays in shipping and delivery, or lost or stolen packages, once the order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

International postage is possible - please contact me to discuss postage to your location :)

 

Returns

Please keep in mind that all pots are handmade and one of a kind, therefore variations in size, colour and glaze will occur. While I try to photograph pots true to colour, there may be a slight difference between product images and actual product. All sales are final and I do not accept returns, unless item is damaged or incorrect.

In the case of incorrect or damaged items, please photograph the item as proof and email the images to katestevensceramics@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods via post. A store credit or replacement (where possible) will be offered in this instance. 

 

Care Instructions

All pots are lovingly made by hand, hand washing is recommended to keep them in tip top shape. Pieces are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise.

 

Packaging

I aim to use recyclable and reused packaging materials as much as possible. Items may be packaged in recyclable or reused cardboard boxes, and occasionally packed with reused bubble wrap or plastic. Please reuse or recycle packaging materials where you can.
